First Night A Huge Success-2461 Attendance Exceeds Expectations

The opening evening of the All Nations Indian Championships was a huge success. 30 Elite Teams, the largest and best field of racers ever assembled squared off on a wet, sloppy, muddy track. That did not dampen the spirits of the almost 2500 fans that showed up to enjoy the great show. Attendance was exceptionally high considering the weather and a local football game. More are expected for this evening and the championships on Sunday. Fans are showing up from Wyoming, Montana, South Dakota, North Dakota, Colorado, Idaho, Washington and Oregon.
Results to follow. Elite teams ended up one and two in all heats except one where a team lost a horse. Mud was everywhere but spirits were high. Good camaraderie and spirits by all.
